Reading target and Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Lee Camp has been told he can leave on a free this month, according to Sky Sports.
The 28-year old’s contract is set to run out at the end of the season and Camp is yet to sign a new deal at the City Ground. Recently appointed Forest boss Alex McLeish has said he wants to keep the goalkeeper at the club, but wants to prepare for the long-term, allowing him to leave the club for nothing this month.
I’m not sure if a keeper is what we should be aiming for at the moment, even though he is available on a free. Despite McCarthy being out for the rest of the season, Federici is starting to pick up some form. I doubt Stuart Taylor has a long-term future at the Madejski Stadium, but the potential of Mikkel Andersen also can’t be ignored.
