A lacklustre Reading side conceded a last minute penalty to Millwall to surrender two points at the Madejski Stadium this afternoon.

Nigel Adkins named an unchanged line up for the first time as Royals boss and his side took an early lead in Berkshire, as Sean Morrison nodded home from a Jordan Obita free-kick wide on the right. It was a bright start from the home side, but the Lions were coming back into it.

It was a very open second half, with the visitors edging it on possession. Adam Le Fondre had a great chance to make it 2-0 early on in the second period, but would regret this miss, as Adam Federici conceded an injury time penalty, which Liam Trotter converted.

Full match report to follow tomorrow afternoon.
