We could see Jimmy Kebe and Hal Robson-Kanu for the first time in pre-season, after Nigel Adkins revealed they could play a part in today’s friendly with Swansea.
Both players travelled to the pre-season tour of Portugal, but neither had any game time, due to their respective injuries. However, Nigel Adkins said yesterday that he hopes to involve the two wingers in today’s encounter with Premier League outfit Swansea City.
Adkins also hinted that he could well be playing his strongest side at the Madejski Stadium today, saying he wants a number of players to get 90 minutes under their belt. Those who don’t play, will take part in a friendly with Bristol Rovers tomorrow.
