Ten Goal Thriller At Spurs

For the second time this season, Reading scored four goals away from home and still came away with no points.

Despite being in front three times at White Hart Lane, Reading time and time again allowed Spurs to get back into the game.

Spurs took the lead early in the first half through Dimitar Berbatov, before Reading levelled through Kalifa Cisse.

Ivar Ingimarsson put Reading in front in the second half, but it wasn’t long before Berbatov equalised.

The Royals went in front again through self confessed Spurs fan Dave Kitson, before Berbatov grabbed his hat trick to make it three all.

Kitson got his second of the game to once again swing the game in Reading’s favour, only for Steed Malbranque to equalise.

Spurs went ahead shortly after in controversial fashion. Marcus Hahnemann made a good save from a Robbie Keane penalty, only for Jermaine Defoe to score from the rebound. Replays however, showed Defoe to have been a good three yards inside the area when the kick was taken.

Berbatov wrapped up the game with his fourth, to make it 6-4 to Spurs in what was a highly entertaining game.

Frustration For Forwards.
Some comical defending once again cost Reading an away win. Dave Kitson must be pulling his hair out after scoring twice to put Reading in front, only for Spurs to go straight up the other end and equalise on both occasions.

Firstly why do you write every word with a capital at the begininng? And secondly, (I’m assuming your a Reading fan), your defence conceded six. So although our defence is weak, yours conceded six which means neither team can really talk.

Firstly, words after a full stop require a capital letter, as do names of people and places. Secondly, if you read it again slowly you’d realise I WAS talking about Reading’s defence. Any more irrelevent comments?
