A handful of Royals have represented their country in this international break, and we take a look at how they have got on.

For Callum Harriott, it’s been an international break to remember. Not only did the winger make his international debut for Guyana, but he helped them to defeat Belize 2-1 to qualify for this summer’s Gold Cup. The winger could well be playing his part in his first international tournament of his career.

Danny Loader came off the bench for England U’19s in their 2-1 defeat to Greece. The Royals youngster got 20 minutes as a substitute but couldn’t help the Young Lions salvage a result, which means they now have to beat Denmark to qualify for the U’19s Euros this summer.

Jordan Holsgrove and Ben House (on loan at Swindon) started for Scotland U’21s earlier today in a friendly against Sweden U21’s, in which the Scandinavian side won 2-1.

Chris Gunter, Anssi Jaakola and Yakou Meite were all unused substitutes for their respective countries.
