We take a quick look at some team news ahead of the Forest game at the Madejski tomorrow, and the visitors are looking a tad short.

Reading’s injury worries have eased in recent weeks, with the Irish duo of Stephen Quinn and Paul McShane returning. Chris Gunter has served his one game ban, so will return to the starting XI. Strikers Dennis Rakels and Joesph Mendes remain injured.

Forest are not in the best run of form, probably not help by an injury crisis, mixed with some suspensions. Defensively they are without Daniel Pinillos, Jack Hobbs and Michael Mancienne while Thomas Lam and Hildeberto Pereira are both suspended.

Midfielder David Vaughan will also miss out due to injury, while we also won’t be able to see the majesty of Nicklas Bendtner, who is still on the treatmeant table. Further injuries to Mustapha Carayol and Matty Cash take the list up to nine for the visitors.

Predicted line-ups:

Reading – 4-3-3:
Al-Habsi; Gunter, McShane, Moore, Obita; Evans, Williams, Swift; McCleary, Kermorgant, Beerens.

Forest – 4-5-1: Stojković, Lichaj, Mills, Perquis, Traore; Dumitru, Cohen, Lansbury, Kasami, Osborn; Vellios.
