Tariqe Fosu wins League Two player of the month

Reading winger, Tariqe Fosu, on loan at League 2 promotion hopefuls, Accrington Stanley, has won player of the month for the division.

His three goals and two assists have helped Accrington to 2nd place with just one game remaining.

Fosu was expected to play a big part in our season down in Berkshire after a great cameo appearance up at Derby on the final day of last season and he also endured a successful Pre-Season, looking like our brightest spark.

When Steve Clarke said Tariqe was going to be sent on loan, it was a shock to all involved in Reading and he’s again impressed on loan.

Surely next year Fosu, along with other youngsters, will get their chance to play first team football at the Madejski Stadium.
