No Complaints From Coppell

Reading manager Steve Coppell had no complaints after watching his side share the points with Watford at the Madejski Stadium this afternoon.

Watford had their backs to the wall for long periods and had the post and two goalline clearances to thank for the point they went home with, a point that keeps them in touch with second placed Sheff Utd and third placed Leeds.

Coppell said: ‘It was very frenetic, and that was shown in the poor quality of passing from both sides.

‘We probably created more clear-cut chances than Watford, but they had opportunities to score as well, so we cannot complain too much about the result.

‘Credit to Watford: they work very hard and do not give you any time on the ball, and you can see why they have had success this season.’

Dont know why he had nothing to complain about, it was Reading who played all the football while they stood there
