Reading`s name has again been mentioned in the running for Egyptian international, Mohamed Aboutrika.
The 28 year-old has made it clear that he is looking to leave Egyptian champions Al-Ahly in the transfer window.
Speaking to www.egyptianplayers.com the midfielder said:
‘I have completed all possible goals with Al-Ahly and want a new challenge as well as to secure my future.’
‘Now I want the Ahly board to let me go because this is the ideal time for such a big step in my career.’
The Egyptian has apparently been offered a trial at Reading, but now it seems Bolton, Pompey and Villa are all interested in being the club that brings the player over to England.
