Andy Griffin missed Saturday’s win over Bristol City with a hamstring strain but he should be ok for Tuesday’s visit of QPR.
He has struggled with his hamstring in the last couple of weeks and was forced off against Derby on Wednesday. On Friday in training the problem flared up again and he failed a late fitness test on Saturday morning.
Brynjar Gunnarsson stepped into his place but the man Royals fans are tipping to play for England is set to return on Tuesday against the Fake Hoops of QPR.
