We take a sneaky peak at the team news ahead of tomorrow’s away game with managerless Rotherham…….

Rotherham’s biggest miss at the moment is a manager, after Alan Stubbs was sacked after a dreadful start to the season, which sees the Millers bottom of the Championship pile. All fingers seem to point to Kenny Jackett taking over the helm, but won’t take charge tomorrow.

The Millers have been conceding freely of late and won’t be helped by the fact they are missing defenders in Kirk Broadfoot and Dael Fry, while Kelvin Wilson is doubtful. Leeds loanee Tom Adeyemi is likely to miss out, while Jordan Clarke-Harris is sidelined.

There are no new injury issues for Reading ahead of this game, as skipper Paul McShane is expected to miss out again due to a hamstring issue. Fellow centre half Jake Cooper is back in training, but is lacking match fitness to be considered for the matchday squad.

Republic of Ireland international Stephen Quinn could return to the squad for the first time since being injured on international duty, while Yakou Meite is edging closer to a return. Forward Dennis Rakels remains the only long-term absentee for Jaap Stam.
