Since the summer transfer window we have been linked with Leicester striker Matty Fryatt and we were rumoured to be close to a deal to bring him here on loan last month, but that interest appears to have ended.
The striker is set to sign for Hull and join up with his former manager Nigel Pearson, who said ‘We’re in advanced stages in talks with Matty Fryatt.’
With the window not open until January 1st though he will not be able to face us when we travel to Hull on Tuesday.
