Season Preview – For the past 10 years Pompey have been regular members of the Premier Legaue until their relegation in 2010 due to financial troubles.

They won promotion to the Premier League in 2003 under new manager Harry Redknapp and had 7 consecutive seasons and also won the FA Cup in 2008 in his reign.

Although Pompey have their financial troubles still, they do have some class players in Kitson and Lawrence but I don’t think they have enough depth in their squad to fight for a play-off spot.
