There’s no better way to avenge a defeat with a quick turn around, as we welcome Norwich to the Madejski Stadium tomorrow. We look at team news for both sides.

The injury list is still not looking very pretty for us. Stam confirmed in midweek that John Swift has suffered a reoccurrence of his hamstring injury, so will miss this game. Jordan Obita is also still missing, as are strikers Joseph Mendes and Yann Kermorgant.

Reading will hope to welcome back Modou Barrow has been out for a month through injury. Callum Harriott is still continuing his recovery from a long term injury, but Leandro Bacuna is fit to play. Both Jon Dadi Bodvarsson and Liam Kelly will be pushing for recalls.

Norwich will be without attacking midfielder Alex Pritchard, who is a long-term absentee, as is former Swindon player Louis Thompson. The only change Daniel Farke may consider is former Royals target Nelson Oliveira who returned from injury from the bench midweek.

Predicted Reading XI – 4-3-3: Mannone; Gunter, Moore, McShane, Blackett; Edwards, Kelly, Bacuna; Aluko, Bodvarsson, Barrow.
