Last season’s home game against Brentford was a cracker which ended up in a late Royals surge for victory, we’ll hope for the same again this Saturday! We take a look at teams news for both sides.

The biggest injury concern is that of Liam Moore, who missed the game against Stevenage with a reported ankle injury, but there could be other reasons involved – hint, hint! Jon Dadi Bodvarrson will hope to start after his hat trick in midweek, while Modou Barrow should return after being rested.

Hamstring injuries keep out skipper Paul McShane and John Swift, who will be missing for the rest of the month. Leandro Bacuna should recover the knock he picked up midweek, while Joseph Mendes is edging closer to a return. Callum Harriott and Jordan Obita remain sidelined.

Brentford are looking reasonably healthy on the injury front, with the only long-term injury absence being defender Rico Henry.
Defenders John Egan and Henrik Dalsgaard have both returned to full training, so will be in contention to make the squad, but may have to wait for their opportunity.
