Graham Stack will spend the remainder of the season on loan at Leeds.

Reading`s number two keeper ended his earlier loan period with the Yorkshire club on a downer after returning to Reading with an injury.

The ex-Arsenal academy goalie will now return to Leeds in hope that his shot stopping ability can help United survive the relegation battle they now face.

Six points adrift from safety, Leeds boss Dennis Wise will have to hope that Stacky will be on top form.

Stack started 10games for Leeds under Dennis Wise last year, keeping a clean sheet on his debut against Southend.

But since then it`s been a different story as Leeds have suffered several defeats.

Stack`s loan opportunity is good news for Reading number three, Adam Federici.

The Australian under21s international has found himself understudy to Marcus Hahnemann since Stack`s release.

Federici has also been playing in cup games against Birmingham and Burnley giving a pretty damn good account of himself in both.

Federici is also be set to face Man Utd in the impending FA Cup 5th round tie – a great test for a bright prospect.

reckon he migh join leeds full term at the end of the year. federici has proved himself to be a better no2 keeper in a short spell and as a younger feller he will learn better – a great replacement for hahnemann who is looked a little dodgy already…

i hope stack comes back with a little more experience, he should still be no2 but hahnemann will be no1 until he retires

your off your rocker stevie! federici is mich better then stack and in my opinion will come thru to the first team, he hasnt had the chance to play with a solid back four in front of him but i reckon he’d be great. if we’re guaranteed our prem place i would like to see coppell give some of the youngsters like fed a chance. all they need is experience
