A regular feature to Vital Reading is its polls. When asked in the most recent one if Nicky Shorey would leave before his contract ended most felt yes.
You were given four options, but their was only one clear winner and that was the option of yes he will leave Reading before his contract is up.
In the end, with time called on the poll, Shorey leaving within the next two years was the clear winner with 60%.

If he left for a top four club that would be uinderstandable, anyone else, unless they can offer regular European football just wouldn’t make sense really.
