Reading’s 2011/12 Championship season will begin at Madejski Stadium, with the visit of Kenny Jackett’s Millwall.
The Royals finished in a credible 5th place and just missed out on a place in the Premier League, losing the play-off final to Brendan Rodgers Swansea.
Millwall had a good first season back in the Championship with a respectable 9th position finish, just missing out on the play-offs.
The season will finish with a trip to St Andrews to face currently managerless Birmingham City.
