Reading have been linked with a Slovenian international, but no, it’s not Robert Koren!
Sky Sports has reported that Palermo playmaker Jasmin Kurtic could well leave the Italian club in the summer, but only on a permanent deal. The 24-year old is attracting interest from all over the globe, but the Royals and fellow Italian club Torino appear to be in pole position.
Kurtic is yet to score this season in Serie A, but has scored one at international level, where he has also amassed eight caps for Slovenia. I doubt the midfielder will be making his way to Berkshire if we find ourselves in the Championship, when top European sides are scouting him!
