Rodgers will fly a 24 man squad to Sweden and they will be based in Kungsbacka, which is near Gothenburg, and play 3 games on the tour.

Stephen Hunt will not travel with the squad, as he has picked up a mystery groin injury, and will hopefully not be a Reading player by the time the team return with Birmingham lining up a £4million bid. Also staying at home is Ivar Ingimarsson, who continues his rehabilitation from a knee injury, and Julian Kelly who is also injured.

The 24 players going are – Federici, Hamer, Andersson, Armstrong, Bertrand, Bikey, Pearce, Rosenior, Cisse, Davies, Gunnarsson, Harper, Henry, Karacan, Kebe, Matejovsky, Siggurdsson, Tabb, Bignall, Church, N.Hunt, Long, Mooney, Robson Kanu.

On Thursday we face Jonsereds IF, before a meeting with Tolo IF on Saturday. The tour finishes with a game on Tuesday against Qviding FIF.
