Royals earn performance of the week

The 3-1 win at Crystal Palace on Wednesday night has earned the club the League Managers Association, F & C Investments, performance of the week award.


The accolade is chosen by the panel of the LMA including Sir Alex Ferguson, and the presentation will be screened on Gillete Soccer Saturday this weekend, shortly before 3pm.


So if you are not travelling to Blackpool, remember to tune in and see Brian McDermott pick up the award. It is the second time he has won it in his short spell as Royals manager, after also picking it up for master minding the 2-1 win at Anfield in January.
