Thames Sports Investments, led by Russian tycoon Anton Zingarevich, have completed their takeover of Reading Football Club.
The 51% takeover of the club has been completed and verified by the Premier League, for a fee of around £25 million, not affected by the club’s promotion to the Premier League. Sir John Madejski will remain as club chairman with the following individuals making up the Reading board of directors:
