McDermott watching a player this afternoon

Reading boss Brian McDermott has revealed he is watching a player this afternoon at Oxford-Bristol Rovers at the Kassam Stadium.

The players identity is unknown but unconfirmed reports are stating that the mystery player is Oxford striker James Constable.

However, with the current striking options the Royals have, this would seem unlikely, with seven strikers fighting it out in the first team squad.
