Isaksson To Leave Man City?

Not really Reading news but:

Andreas Isaksson has declared he may consider leaving Manchester City after failing to displace No1 keeper Nicky Weaver this season.

He said: ‘I’ve told my agent if this continues, then of course I have to look for something else.’

Now I know we have depth in goalkeepers now with Federici, new signing Andersen and Stack – although he is on loan.

But I think a keeper of Isaksson`s capacity could be just what we need, Hahnemann has appeared far too frigid at times and I would like to see someone like Isaksson in a Reading jersey.

Lita did put two past Isaksson on Saturday but in the City goalies defence, he hasn`t played for a while and aside from that I though t he played well, commanding his area and picking 90% of crosses out of the air!
