Defender Bongani Khumalo’s South Africa lost 2-1 to the hands of Niger, while on the other hand, Kaspars Gorkss captained Latvia to a 1-0 over Zurab Khizanishvilli’s Georgia.

Goalkeeper Adam Federici was on the bench as Australia came from behind to beat Thailand 2-1. He will now travel to Saudi Arabia to face their national side on Tuesday.

Hal Robson-Kanu came on for Wales in the last 10 minutes of the game in their 2-1 win over Montenegro, while Simon Church did not make the matchday squad. However, with Craig Bellamy banned for the Welsh, it could mean a start for HRK and a place on the bench for Church against England on Tuesday.

Young midfielder Jordan Obita played a part in the England U19s draw with Holland, coming on as a sub in the last 10 minutes. While Jake Taylor is with the Wales U21s and is set to face Montenegro on Tuesday.
