Goalkeeper loan spell extended at Oxford

Jon Henly hasn’t made an appearance for Oxford yet, but has had his loan spell extended by a further month.

The young keeper was signed by the League Two outfit last month, acting as cover for first choice keeper Ryan Clarke, while their other goalkeeers are currently out injured.

Henly, 19, is highly fought off at the Madejski Stadium, but has plenty of time to get first team experience. He had a loan spell at Accrington from October to January, as well as having a cap for the Scotland under 19 team.
