Get Behind the Lads

Kevin Dillon has called on the Reading faithful to get behind the Royals and turn out in force for the encounter with Wigan at the Madejski Stadium this Saturday.

Membership fees has already been waived for this, and the Derby match, but it has been extended for the Liverpool match as well, so it is hoped this can help makes the costs of football a little more affordable.

A large crowd can often give a side a lift, so Dillon is hopeful that this initiative will attract a bumper crowd as he told readingfc.co.uk, “The crowd makes a real difference, I always say that.

“When it’s loud, positive and there’s a real noise, it lifts every single player. Who wouldn’t be affected by that?

“The crowd have been fantastic over the years and we need them even more now.

“Of course, we’ve got to lift the crowd as well, we’ve got to perform to a certain level.

“If everyone can get behind us, get in early, during the warm-up and lift us it makes such a difference.”

As everyone knows the costs of going to football, along with most things in life is rising, and isn’t cheap but should you take advantage of this offer then you have saved yourself £10, something which you would normally have to pay before seeing a game at the Madejski Stadium.

The crowd will have a major role to play this weekend, in what is a very important game, and a game Reading really need to win.
