The Royals have announced that chief physio, and head of sports medicine, Jon Fearn will be leaving the club on 31st January 2010.
Fearn has been with the Royals for 8 years, also working under Alan Pardew and Steve Coppell.
He will join Premier League leaders Chelsea to become their first team physiotherapist.
