Just incase you might have missed it, Vital Reading brings you upto date with all the latest former Royals on the move this summer. We told you last week about Glen Little’s move to Aldershot, and Scott Murray turning them down to take a coaching role at Bristol City and here are a few more.

Alan Bennett, remember him, has left Brentford after just one season and has signed for League Two side Wycombe Wanderers. He is set to make his debut against the Royals in a pre season friendly on Saturday after signing a one year contract.

Another ex defender Liam Rosenior was offered the chance to go on trial at Steve Coppell’s Bristol City but the right back has decided he is better than that and will not lower himself to go on trial. He could well have another club lined up.

And one that I totally missed was Nicky Forster returning to Brentford after leaving Brighton. Good luck Fozzie!

Never really rated Rosenior in all honesty. Good attacking full back but lacked the crucial credentials for the job such as positioning and his final product but either way I wish him the best of luck as I felt he was very harshly treated by Hammond and Co.
