Reading will open talks with key players, Marcus Hahnemann, Graeme Murty and Glen Little, on the subject of contract extension.

The three played a vital role in Reading`s valiant endeavour to the Premiership and now the club has revealed they want to secure the players services to keep the club in the top flight in the future.

Director of Football, Nicky Hammond, confirmed that the club would welcome contract extensions fro mall three players, perhaps keeping them at the club till the end of their careers:
‘Murts, Marcus and Glen are important players for us and we want to keep them,’
‘In the opening three months of the season, Marcus and Murts have amply demonstrated their ability to perform at a high level in The Premiership.
Meanwhile Glen Little`s future looked uncertain for a while, as flavour of the month Seol Ki-Hyeon annexed the wingers place in the team while Little was injured.
However Little has broke back in to the team and won back his place in consecutive games continuing to play incredibly:
‘Glen had a quiet start to the season due to injury, but since returning to the team in recent weeks, his performances have been excellent.
Hammond finished up saying:
‘We want the three of them to stay beyond the end of this season, so I will be holding talks with the players and their representatives soon.’
