Details for the Championship Play Off Final at Wembley Stadium between Huddersfield Town and Reading have now been confirmed.

The game takes place at 3pm on Monday May 29 at the national stadium and the Football League confirmed yesterday that Huddersfield Town fans will be housed in the West End of the ground, with Reading allocated the East End.

Tickets for the final can be purchased directly from each club involved and are not available from the EFL or Wembley Stadium directly.

Prices have been confirmed as follows:

Cat 5 – £36.00 (£18 concession)
Cat 4 – £52.00 (£26 concession)
Cat 3 – £64.00 (£32 concession)
Cat 2 – £76.00 (£38 concession)
Cat 1 – £98.00 (£49 concession)

Tickets for disabled and visually impaired fans are also available and the priced charged for wheelchairs fans in the equivalent of the category prices for the area, but their personal assistant where required is free of charge.

Kits have already been decided upon.

Sky Sports will be screening the final domestically and the national anthem will be performed by Faryl Smith.
