Could Noel Hunt be Brighton-bound come the end of the season?
Noel Hunt’s contract is running out in the summer and talkSPORT is reporting that the Seagulls are hovering over, ready to pinch any leftovers.
The 30-year old is yet to be offered a new contract at the Madejski Stadium, however the sports site believe that Hunt has been offered a one-year extension, but is holding out for a longer deal. Noel has been at the club since signing from Dundee United in 2008.
It seems incredible to think that Hunt is now into his thirties and very much past his peak in his career, which has probably his first season at the club under Coppell. I would still like Hunt to stay here for one more season presuming we go down, but if not, all Royals fans would wish the best for a good servant to the club.
