Now I have reviewed everyone’s performances throughout the first two months of the season; here is the ranking of these ratings.

1. Nick Blackman- 10/10- 8 goals in 12 says it all

2. Paul McShane- 9/10- Captained the side brilliantly aswell as defending like a warrior.

3. Oliver Norwood- 9/10- Makes things happen in midfield and protects the back four.

4. Jordan Obita- 9/10- Relished having back up in Andrew Taylor. Back to his best.

5. Anton Ferdinand- 9/10- Partnered McShane in the heart of defence. So calm on the ball.

6. Orlando Sa- 8/10- Scored four great goals. Showed some top bits of hold up play.

7. Chris Gunter- 8/10- Solid as ever. Adds to our attack with his great pace and energy.

8. Aaron Tshibola- 8/10- Brilliant passer of the ball. Physical and energetic youngster.

9. Michael Hector- 8/10- Back to his best over the last three games. Turning into a real quality centre back.

10. Stephen Quinn- 7.5/10- Works so hard for the team.

11. Matej Vydra- 7/10- Good start to his Reading career despite not getting on the scoresheet. Very clever player.

12. Garath Mccleary- 7/10- Just started to show his best form. Exciting times ahead.

13. Andrew Taylor- 7/10- Two solid performance. Good cover for Obita.

14. Danny Williams- 7/10- Only one not to improve from last season. Plenty of qualities he has yet to show this season.

15. Lucas Piazon- 7/10- Got his first goal in a Reading shirt at Burnley. Hopefully plenty more to come for the young lad.

16. Hal Robson-Kanu- 7/10- Not played as much as he would’ve wanted. Produced some half decent moments.

17. Jonathon Bond- 6/10- Struggled to claim crosses. Not been tested enough to give higher or lower than a 6.

18. Ali Al-Habsi- 3/10- Two games, three mistakes. Simply not good enough
