Asamoah Gyan is currently having a medical at Reading ahead of a shock Season-long loan move.
The Ghanaian forward is said to be very close to joining the Royals after being allowed to leave on loan from Shanghai.
Gyan is on 220,000 a week which adds to the surprise of most football fans.
The striker was a hero for Ghana in world cup 2010 when Ghana reached the Semi final and he currently captains them.
If and when Reading get this deal over the line, it’ll be the icing on the cake after a very good summer for Brian Tevreden and Stam.
He will be our 12th signing and the squad will be looking rather good.
